TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

By booking an appointment you are accepting the full T&Cs.

Cancelations & alterations to appointments must be made as far in advanced as possible with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Where appointments have been missed, cancelled or resheduled within 24 hours of the appointment, this will result in a cancelation fee equal to 50% of the booking for all beauty appointments & 25% for all laser hair removal appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable/transferable when appointments are missed, cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment.

STRICTLY NO CHILDREN
Within the salon there are lots of hazardous items such as needles & chemicals. For this reason our insurance does not allow children within the salon. A late cancelation fee will apply & treatment will unfortunately be declined if you attend with children.
