We take your privacy & protection of data serious at Renuvo Beauty. We will never pass on any of your data to any third parties apart for Timely, our system used to create your appointment booking & consultation forms. Our booking system automatically sends out confirmation, reschedule & cancelation emails as well as reminder text messages.
We are required under UK Law to keep your basic personal data (such as name, address, date of birth & medical information) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be securely destroyed. It is important for us to hold medical information relevant to the treatments you receive from Renuvo Beauty to ensure the treatment can be safely carried out. This data is always kept secure & never shared.
From time to time we may send out emails &/or texts to let you know about any important changes, exciting new treatments etc. that we will be offering.
If at any point you believe the information we hold is incorrect you may request to see the information we hold to amend or delete it. You can opt out at any point.
By booking an appointment you are accepting the full T&Cs.
Cancelations & alterations to appointments must be made as far in advanced as possible with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Where appointments have been missed, cancelled or altered less than 24 hours prior, a cancelation fee of 50% of the appointment will be applied or where deposits have been paid these are non-refundable/transferable.
To secure your appointment a £10 booking fee is required per beauty treatment booked. This is redeemed against the full treatment cost.
Fees are non-refundable/transferable when appointments are missed, cancelled or rearranged less than 24 hours prior the appointment.
Booking fees can be paid either in cash, by bank transfer or PayPal & must be received within 48 hours of booking to secure the appointment. By booking an appointment in December you are accepting these T&Cs.
